Boiling Pot Officially Opens In Delta

A new restaurant with the name”Boiling Pot” was officially opened along Jakpa Road in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State.

 

The Managing Directress of Boiling Pot, Mrs. Obiageri Ukaegu expressed delight at the official opening of the restaurant which was done by popular Warri based cleric, Pastor Korede Kumaya a.k.a, Pastor KK.

 

In a chat with newsmen shortly after the official opening, Mrs. Ukaegu said,”My dreams has finally come true because this place is something I have always wanted to do. I have always wanted to have people merry, people come together have nice meals, quality service and a very classy ambience.”

 

Mrs. Ukaegu said the ground floor of the restaurant has “Africana” i.e, African meals like Ukwuobi, banga  and Afang soups in addition to other varieties including pepper soup.

 

According to her,”On the first floor, we have the Continental dishes which comprises of fried rice, jollof rice and others.”

She said she decided to cite the business along Jakpa road because,” there is nothing really like a restaurant around this vicinity. So, we decided to make use of this place because we believe we will have a lot of patronage in this vicinity. ”

 

Mrs. Ukaegu urged Deltans to patronize Boiling Pot Restaurant if they want classy and quality foods, classy environment as well as quality services.

 

 

Mrs. Ukaegu noted that in the midst of the dreaded COVID-19 that is currently ravaging the globe including Nigeria, Boiling Pot will do home delivery for now.

 

“We will manage the amount of people that comes into this place for the meantime taking all the protocols like sanitizing their hands and all. We might just have little amount of people that comes into this place for now.”

 

Mrs. Ukaegu pointed that the services at Boiling Pot Restaurant will not be 24 hours saying,”we have closing time. Maybe by 12 or 2 “O” Clock, we will close.

 

 

“About the home delivery, we will do pot size meals. So, because the generation we have right now, so many people are so busy now. They might not be able to prepare meals. So, we prepare meals for you. We deliver it to your home for your comfort. It is affordable. Prices like 1,500,2000, 10,000-25,000 depending on what you want inside.”

 

While noting that Boiling Pot is out with a unique services, She said,”We have discovered in Warri that the services people tend to treat their customers anyhow. They talk to them anyhow. When they are having so much pressure, they start quarrelling and fighting with customers. That’s what I discovered. So, I decided to come with people well trained waitress that will serve customers that makes then feel at home. ”

 

Earlier, the Senior Pastor of Master’s Place ,Pastor Korede Kumaya a.k.a,Pastor KK officially opened the new restaurant, Boiling Pot in the heart of Uvwie with a word of prayer and prophecies.

 

The cleric also prayed and anointed the restaurant which is situated along Jakpa road.

 

He also prayed for the owner,Mrs. Ukaegu to open more branches of the restaurant in the coming years.

 

Pastor KK however declined speaking with newsmen shortly after he officially opened the restaurant.
