The Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) ,Dr. Bashir Jamoh has officially appointed Mr. Ubong Essien as Personal Assistant on Communication and Strategy .
 
This was verified on his official twitter handle on Wednesday @jamohBashir.
 
According to Jamoh , Ubong is West and Central Africa’s only Certified Speaking Professional of the National Speakers Association.
 
Jamoh welcomed the SADG on board Team NIMASA .
