LPG: Motta Gold Restates Commitment To Sensitize Customers On Regular Cylinder Maintenance

In line with it’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Management of Motta Gold Oil and Gas Limited over the weekend,  restated commitment to enlighten and sensitise users of Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG)  in Igbogbo, Bayeku and environs in Ikorodu of proper usage of their cylinders and cooking gases.

 

Managing Director, Motta Gold Oil and Gas Limited, Dr. Adebowale Joseph Atoloye who disclosed this shortly after the commissioning of a gas plant in Ikorodu,Lagos State , affirmed that the company would go all out in educate customers on constant maintenance and safety culture of their appliances.

 

 

Atoloye  who also doubles as the Chief Executive Officer, Watolye Nigeria Limited , noted that the enlightenment campaign for customers was part of measures to give back to society, adding that the gas plant establishment would serve as hub for people of the communities.

The foremost customs agent pointed out that plans are ongoing to establish more gas plants in other location outside Ikorodu before the end of the year .

 

He said ” One of the benefit of the gas hub is that we now bring the product closer to their door steps because before now they used to source for the product but for now the product is closer to them.

“We don’t have this facility as much in these communities but I think it is closer to them for now with less stress.

“They will no longer take bikes or buses to other community to source for the product because before now there was no such facility in this area but that is history for now.

 

“Another beautiful thing the establishment of this plant has created is employment for people of the community .  I know it will further bring direct and indirect job opportunity for them as well.

 

Harping on safety first, the Managing Director also noted that the gas hub has all the necessary requirements put in place by the regulator to ensure protection of lives and properties.

Atoloye also assured members of the public of a robust working  relationship that would further bring about development to the communities.

 

“We are working round the clock to see how best Motta Gold Oil and Gas Limited would become an international brand in the sector”, Atoloye affirmed.
