Gov. Uzodimma Donates Two Coaster Buses To Heartland FC
The Imo State Governor, Senator Uzodimma has hands over two coaster buses to Heartland football club and the supporters club.
The Governor disclosed that purpose for the vehicles are to convey the footballers and supporters to venues for their matches.
The donation was disclosed in a statement made available to newsmen on Sunday.
The statement stressed that : “It should be worthy of note that this was not the case in time past as the sports sector was relegated and abandoned by past administrations.

According to the statement Heartland FC Footballers were owed in arrears, no field or stadium for their matches or training.
The statement added that ” It was so bad that they had no means of transportation and only got to participate for home games alone.”
Responding, the leadership of the Supporters Club commended the Governor for this first of its kind gesture.
