WARRI PORT: SIFAX Group To Commence Operations In August

SIFAX Group has announced plans to commence operations at the Warri seaport in Delta State by the middle of August .

 

Spokesman of SIFAX Group, Mr. Muyiwa Akande disclosed this exclusively in a chat with DAILYFOCUS NEWS ONLINE, in Lagos last week.

SIFAX Group won the concession of Terminal B, Warri Old Port, with Its sister company, Ocean and Cargo Terminal Services Limited.

The concession agreement will run for the next 25 years.

 

Akande noted that the conglomerate was  putting finishing touches to the warehouse at the terminal , adding that the facility would be ready for use soon.

He noted that the quay apron and the other necessary equipment have been tested and confirmed for use.

 

“Since we have been able to complete the roofing of the warehouse at the terminal,I can tell you that we are ready for serve our clients.

 

” Everything at the facility is in perfect conduction and by mid August we will commence operations “,he assured.
