WAM Football Academy Fixes January 13 For Training Resumption

WAM International Football Academy has fixed January 13th 2023 for resumption of training session for children and youths as part of the catch them young initiative to promote grassroot soccer.

The Isolo Lagos based football academy made the announcement in a statement on Thursday during the last training session for the year 2022.

In line with the festive period , the three weeks break is aimed to enable staff, management , coaches and cadets of the academy to celebrate  Christmas , Boxing Day and New Year .

The statement also explained that the closure will also allow management and cadets of the academy to travel for the  holidays thus, refresh for a new session next year.

Apparently determined to solidify the initiative in 2023, the academy stated that plans are afoot to hunt for more talents from both public and private schools within the Isolo boroughs .

Management also wishes to greet stakeholders, supporters ,well wishers , soccer lovers and Lagosians Merry Christmas and Happy New Year in advance.
