TRIBUTE: Maritime Workers’ Commiserates With SIFAX Boss Over Twin Brother’s Death
Sequel to the demise of his late brother over the weekend, the Maritime Workers’ Union of Nigeria (MWUN), has commiserated with SIFAX boss Dr. Taiwo Àfolabi .
The leadership of the union on Tuesday said it commiserated with the Chairman, SIFAX Group, Dr. Taiwo Afolabi saying that both the national and branch officials were shocked with the sad news.
In a statement signed by the President General of the union, Comrade Abdulwaheed Adewale Adeyanju, the union stated that it was pained by the demise of the twin brother of Afolabi.
The PG stated in the release that the thoughts of 5he union were with the CEO of sifax and his family.
“It is with a deep sense of loss that we learnt of the demise of Mr. Kehinde Afolabi, the twin brother of our associate, employer, philanthropist, high achiever and CEO of Sifax group of companies- Barr. Dr. Taiwo Afolabi.
“On behalf of maritime workers union of Nigeria, we just want to let you know that our thoughts are with you and your family at this period of your loss.
“Because we hold you close to our thoughts we are wishing you and your family courage and peace during this time of mourning.”
Late Kehinde Àfolabi died over the weekend in Lagos aged 60 years.
