STEP: Delta Govt Flags Off Distribution Of Starter Packs For Graduates

The Delta State Government has started the distribution of starter packs to the 2019/2020 graduates of its Skills Training and Entrepreneurship Programme (STEP) to help in further establishing them in their respective businesses.

The graduates were trained in catering and confectioneries; decorating and event management; PoP, screed-making and painting; production of cleaning agents; and hairdressing, makeovers and braiding.

‪The distribution of starter packs to the 112 STEPreneurs began on 24th June, 2020 and will last till Friday 26th June, 2020.

The beneficiaries have been placed in groups of twenty to ensure social distancing — in compliance with the state government’s #COVID19 preventive guidelines‬.
