Profile Of New Executive Secretary, Nigerian Shipper’s Council, Mr. Akutah Pius Ukeyima
The newly appointed Executive Secretary / CEO, Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC), Mr. Akutah Pius Ukeyima was born on the 7th June, 1970 and he’s married (with three children). He hail from Ushongo Local Government Area of Benue State.
Ukeyima is a graduate of Law and holds a Master’s degree in Public International Law from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
Again , for his academy qualifications, he bagged a PhD( International cooperation in criminal matters) in view Nasarawa state University, Keffi.
A Master of laws(LLM) 2016 (Public International law), Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria., Barrister at law(BL) May 8, 2007, the Nigerian law school Bwani, Abuja.
Bachelor of law(LLB) February 23,2006, University of Abuja Gwagwalada, Abuja.

He also has a Diploma in law October 5, 1995, University of Jos, Jos Plateau State.Senior Secondary School certificate. June,1992.
He most recently served as the Head of the Central Authority Unit, International Cooperation in Criminal Matters, Office of the Attorney-General .
He’s a popular politician and a member of the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC).
The new Executive Secretary, was supposed to contest the 2023 Benue State election but stepped aside for the incumbent,Rev. Hyacinth Alia.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Wednesday sacked the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council, Honourable Emmanuel Jime and replaced him with Mr. Akutah Pius Ukeyima.
