PMAN Condemns Assault On Ruggedman,Demands Justice From London High Commission

The Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN) has written to the Nigerian High Commission demanding a proper investigation into the assault on Michael Stephen Ugochukwu aka Ruggedman.

The Nigerian rapper, Ruggedman was assaulted by unknown guys at a  London club recently.

According to a letter signed by the Trade Union president, Pretty Okafor, dated 26th June 2019,noted that PMAN condemned the attack on the Nigerian rapper, urging the commission to carry out a thorough investigation to fish out those behind the attack.

The statement  tagged “Letter of complaint of a brutal assault in Lagos, demanded that Nigerian musicians are peace love people that are creative in the industry and must not be treated as such without demanding for justice

The statement said: ‘the case is currently with the Metropolitan police in London with reference number 3019340/19. We beseech to use your good office to ensure a thorough investigation is conducted to fish out the assailants and bring them to justice’.

It added that “PMAN condemns the unprovoked in the strongest term .
