Ondo Teaching Hospital  Delivers Triplets Through Cesarean Section

The University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital Ondo (UNIMEDTH) has successfully delivered a set of triplet babies through a cesarean section from 33years old lady, Olatubi Mercy Motunrayo a native of Idanre Local Government, Ondo state.
According to a statement , she came for her antenatal clinic on Tuesday, 3rd November 2020 at Medical village Laje road Ondo.

The medical doctor on duty examined her and observed that her   legs was swollen and advised her to take a bed rest in the hospital.

Thereafter, at about 3hours later the woman noticed some level of contraction within her.
“The mother was immediately taken to labour room where the doctor on duty advised her for cesarean section so as to save the mother and the babies.
“More so, she emphatically said all the medical service was rendered to her free including the service pack because she has Kardi Igbeeayo, the Ondo State Residential Card that has health insurance service on it,  Abiyamo Maternal and Child Health Insurance Scheme (AMCHIS).
“The mother expressed her joy over the successful delivery and appreciated Ondo State Government for the free health service for mother and child, also excellent care service she received from the teaching hospital.
