Olaolu Adeyemi Emerges As President Shippers’ Council Cooperative Society 

Comrade Adeyemi Olaolu has emerged as the new  President , Nigerian Shippers’Council Staff Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited.

Olaolu took over the mantle of leadership on Wednesday from Comrade Bashir Ambi as the 8th President of the Council’s Cooperative Society.
The newly elected President works under the Public Relations Unit  of the council and was the immediate past treasurer of the Cooperative.

Others elected include: Imma Zaliha Vice President , Engr. Nwel Mangu General Secretary and Atuonwu Victor Asst. Gen. Sec.
Others are Okon Chris Treasurer , Joyce Temisanren Financial Secretary and Matthew Oladunwo PRO
Ambi Bashir and Busayo Odu emerged as 
Ex Offical 1 and  Ex Offical 11 respectively.

In his acceptance speech, the new President promised to add value for the cooperative society growth.
According to him, major  reason for forming the society is for members to pool  resources together and define a  structured plan and   get to work inorder to look at the welfare of all members.
Olaolu reiterated that:”I accept the post of   the President, with   your full support. I will remain committed,   motivated, energized,   and engaged to the cause of society.
“As your President-Elect I believe that to whom much is given, much is expecte what I bring to our table are these skill sets, Build consensus and deliver results, establish trust, turn ideas into reality, doing the right thing at the right time for our society, also leading from the heart with a passion for the society.”
He noted that the position of  Cooperative President   holds enormous responsibility, thus “It is a position and  responsibility that I accept while I continue to seek your support and input as we usher in a new era within ourselves.”
