Niger/Kogi Customs Debunks Interception Of Truck Load Of 200,000 Live Ammunition Along Border Post

The Nigeria Customs Service, Niger/Kogi Command has debunked  reports  alleging that the formation intercepted  a truck laden of 200,000 live ammunition along Wawa-babana border post

 

In a statement issued by the Command spokesperson, DSC Emmanuel Tangwason, the incident in reference took place about 3yrs ago and that it was widely reported in newspapers and many online platforms.

 

 

 

The Customs Command spokesman said:“We wish to state clearly that the incident in reference took place about 3yrs ago.

“The seizure was widely reported in Newspapers and many online platforms then.
