The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), His Majesty Chapel has organized Praise Street Jamz in Ojokoro area of Lagos to put succour to those that are depressed due to the hardship and difficulties created by naira swap.

Speaking to newsmen on why the church organized the programme, the Pastor in-charge, Samson Ajayi explained that people are going through a lot due to the crisis created by naira swap and that the only solution is to return to God via praise.

His words: “Despite what we are facing in Nigeria, the only person we can run to is God.  Also, there is going to be a change in leadership and elections are approaching coupled with other happenings, we need to invite God into the situation. This is about given back to the society.
