NAGAFF President Embarks  On Familiarisation Tour Of  Commands In Western Zone Ports.

The President of National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF), Chief Tochukwu Ezisi has  flagged – off his presidential visit to commands  in the Western Zone Ports.

According to a statement, the tour was in fulfilment of his promise earlier made during his inauguration ceremony along with  other appointed members of the National Executive Council in Apapa.

Speaking at the office of  the Area Commander, Apapa Special Command, Nigeria Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Apapa,  Chief Ezisi said the purpose of the visit was to interface with the Commander as well as introduce the newly elected executives of the Apapa Chapter of NAGAFF for better relationship.

Responding, the Area Commander, Apapa Special Command Commander of Narcotics NDLEA ,  Ishaku Kwajafa who urged  freight forwarders  to be u Das careful in releasing their licences to anyone for business transactions also enjoined them to find out actual content of the containers they are  clearing

Commander Kwajafa  further  advised the officers to be  civil  in their day to day activities  while  calling for more understanding of freight forwarders to avoid conflicts with their officers.

He called for prompt communication in case of any issue for proper handling and assured of  the cooperation of the agency to NAGAFF

Chief Ezisi was accompanied on the visits by members of the  National Executives  Council of NAGAFF and  the Executive members of the Apapa chapter of NAGAFF,

He also visited the  Director of State Security Services, Apapa,  Mohammed Nasiru, the Port Commissioner of Police, and the the Director of SSS, Port, Mohammed Nasiru.
