NAGAFF Congratulates Newly Appointed Acting CG Of Customs Adeniyi, IGP Egbetokun

The National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) has joined millions  of Nigerians to congratulate the acting  Comptroller General of  Customs ,Mr. Adewale Adeniyi and the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun respectively , over their appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
According to two letters of congratulations made available to DAILY FOCUS NIGERIA on Wednesday,  National President, High Chief Tochukwu Ezisi expressed satisfaction over the appointment of the duo noting that President Tinubu  has indeed made a remarkable history with their appointment owing to the pedigree and deep understanding of the complex  constantly evolving international trade landscape and security dynamism in the command of enforcement processes and procedures of the Nigeria laws, as well as  ability to navigate and adapt to changing policies and regulations at the right times.

The NAGAFF President further assured the  police and customs top brass that the Association will continue to collaborate with the force and service in finding and developing innovative solutions to the maritime community where peace and harmony is the driver of local and international trade.
The President in the statement added that: “At a time of great change in our nation, and faced with challenges of intense regional ports and logistics competitiveness where expertise and professionalism are paramount in the leadership of the Nigeria Customs
Service (NCS), the decision of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT) to appoint you, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, as the Comptroller General of Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) is a significant, timely, laudable and unflinchingly supported by National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF).
” I congratulate you Sir!”
While reiterating strong commitment toward effective synergy, he noted that”I have strong faith in your long service experience under NCS. PBAT has indeed made a remarkable history with your appointment owing to your pedigree and deep understanding of the complex and constantly evolving international trade landscape as well as one who grew up through the ranks in service which speaks to your strong command of customs regulations, laws, and procedures as well as the ability to navigate and adapt to changing policies and regulations at the right times.
