The purpose of the Ramadan is to continually fear the Almighty Allah ( The Merciful and the Beneficiary) of mankind.

It is also a solemn period for asking for the forgiveness of our transgressions, and our beloved ones, plead for mercy and forgiveness for our leaders in position of authority and one another irrespective of tribe, colour, descent or religious affiliation as preached and demonstrated by the Holy Prophet, Mohammed ( Peace be unto Him) while on planet earth doing good.

Comrade Adeyanju, in a statement on Saturday , admonished Muslims to show exemplary character and behavior, exhibit love to one another, eschew bitterness and violence, be tolerant with every neighbour in the society so as to get the best from the Almighty God during and after the Ramadan exercise, which of course will give every Muslim a sigh of succour, happiness, true joy and forgiveness from God Almighty before the Eid – Fitar feast.
