Micura, Bunu, Describe Dockworkers As Pride To Maritime Operations

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer , Micura Services Limited (MSL), High Chief Orobosa Michael Ubogu and the Deputy President General Maritime Workers’ Union of Nigeria (MWUN) Comrade Francis Bunu have described the contribution of dockworkers to nation building as a pride to the maritime industry.

The duo made this remarks during the dockworkers day celebration held on Thursday, in Lagos.

Ubogu who  sent his heartfelt congratulations to all labour force at the port on the occasion of Dockworkers Day, commended the workers for their immense contributions to the growth of the economic.

His message on this special day celebrates their resilience and emphasizes the need for continuous improvement in working conditions and opportunities for growth within the industry.

He further commended the leadership of the President General of the Maritime Workers’ Union of Nigeria MWUN, Comrade Adewale Adeyanju for the industrial peace and harmony in port operations, saying that the union undergone massive transformation under current dispensation.

Similarly, the Deputy President General of the Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria [MWUN],
