In 2017,Sabon Gari lawmaker reiterated his desire to enhance human capital development across his constituency and that the best way to ensure an empowered constituency is to guarantee a healthy constituency by reaching out to persons with medical challenges.
Also , in 2017, Garba embarked on an outreach to provide surgeries for over 120 members of his constituency suffering from fibroids, cataract and other medical conditions involving invasive procedures to correct.
He also embarked on the construction of the road linking Area H to Gain mallam village and the road linking Milgoma village to Shika.
