In a decisive move to strengthen the primary Healthcare performance in our primary Healthcare centre, Lagos State Government has donated a fully Automated chemistry analyser to Akerele primary Healthcare centre, Surulere Local Government and Olojuwon primary Healthcare centre, Apapa Iganmu Local council Development Area.
This was contained in a statement by Oputeh Michael ,Public Affairs Officer, Lagos State Health District IV on Wednesday.

The handing over ceremony held at the conference room of the Lagos State Health District IV was led by the Permanent Secretary, Health District IV, Dr. Abimbola Bowale, who said the initiative marked a new phase of the Theme plus Agenda of Mr. Governor in the health sector in Lagos State.
Highlighting the functions of the analysers Dr. Abimbola Bowale said that, the chemistry analyser and Hematology will improve quality of Laboratory diagnosis as well as reduce the turn around time, which is the basic and quality Healthcare services at the grassroots.
The Permanent Secretary said, the chemistry analyser runs multiple test for Liver functions, kidney functions, Urea , glucose and many other vital organs in the body within a short time, and Hematology analyser, runs full blood count within a short time.
The Permanent Secretary, acknowledge the support of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for improve quality Healthcare service delivery across all the primary Healthcare centre in Lagos State.
