Kevin Hart Slammed With $60 Million Lawsuit By Sex Tape Partner

Kevin Hart is being sued by his sex tape partner for $60 million dollars, who accuses him of helping film their encounter to hype his career.

 

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Montia Sabbag has filed a lawsuit against Hart, his former friend Jonathan Todd Jackson, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and the website, Fameoulous.

Sabbag is suing for negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.
