JUST IN: ANLCA Reconstitutes ASECO Ahead Of BOT Elections

The Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) on Monday 20 May 2024, reconstituted its Association Electoral Commission (ASECO) executives ahead of the forthcoming elections.

They are as follows: chairman Obiora Elochuckwu and Oluwatope Fatimehin as Secretary respect.

Others are Erasmus Ekowa,. Abayomi Ajibola
and Olalekan Babalola as members of the commission.

The reconstituted ASECO is expected to commence the assignment by
conducting elections that are due starting with the Board of Trustees
(BOT) election.

In a statement signed by the association ‘s Secretary General,Mr.Olumide Fakanlu and sighted by DAILYFOCUS NIGERIA stressed that “in view of already established needs and to ensure that certain concerns are addressed thus in pursuant to section 25 2(c) of our 2013 constitution as amended, I hereby present the list of re-constituted members for the information of esteemed members of our Association.

“I therefore solicit the maximum cooperation of all ANLCA members to the
Commission”,the statement noted .

Meanwhile, the National Publicity Secretary of ANLCA, Emmanuel Onyeme has congratulated to reconstituted members of ASECO

According to him,” The foundation of this great association is in your hands to conduct another creditable election that will produce leaders within the *Board of Trustees (BOT) and Chapters Executive Officers, who are coming to make our association proud.

“Let your personality, transparency, and integrity be paramount in whatever procedure put in place to conduct any election.

“Today, your committee is the watchword of this present NECOM to create an enabling playing ground of bringing everyone back to our great association where members will speak together in one voice with genuine love and respect.
