Gov. Fintiri To Swear In New SSG , Attorney General, Head Of Civil Service On Tuesday June 13
The newly appointed Secretary to the State Government Hon. Awwal D. Tukur is to be sworn in on Tuesday June, 13th 2023.
He is to be sworn in alongside the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Afraimu Jingi and the Head of the Civil Service, Shehu Isa Ardo.
Recall that the Adamawa State Governor had approved the appointment of Hon Awwal D. Tukur as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG).
Humwashi Wonosikou ,Chief Press Secretary to the Governor in a statement over the weekend, said Awwal was a former Member of the House of Representatives and served as the Director General of the Adamawa Presidential and Gubernatorial Campaign Council in the 2023 national elections.
Governor Fintiri has also approved the the appointment of Dr Edgar Amos as Chief of Staff Government House.
Following the appointment of Dr Amos who before now was the Head of Service, Shehu Isa Ardo takes over as Head of the Civil Service.
