The Comptroller General of Nigeria Customs Service(NCS), Bashir Adeniyi has congratulated National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders(NAGAFF) on its 25th Anniversary milestone
Adeniyi made the commendation while receiving in audience some members of NAGAFF high Command led by their National President, Chief Tochukwu Ezisi during a courtesy visit to his office in Abuja.
He commended the association’s commitment to fostering a collaborative environment and emphasized the importance of these engagements in driving effective partnerships.
The Customs CG used the forum to expressed his intention to attend NAGAFF’s Silver Jubilee Anniversary in recognition of the significant role the association has played as a critical stakeholder in customs operations and policy implementation.
Comptroller Adewale abreast his visitors of recent advancements within the Customs Service, focusing on key initiatives like trade facilitation and ongoing efforts to strengthen digital processes to improve operational efficiency.
Speaking Earlier, the National President of NAGAFF, Chief Tochukwu Ezisi
commended CG Bashir Adewale Adeniyi on his impressive achievements since assuming office.
Chief Ezisi underscored NAGAFF’s longstanding partnership with the Nigerian Customs Service (NCS), spanning 25 years, and reiterated full support for the CGC’s administration.
He assured the CGC of NAGAFF’s readiness to contribute actively to the upcoming CGC Conference while using the opportunity to invite him to NAGAFF Silver Jubilee Celebration and the unveiling of NAGAFF’s newly acquired 500 million naira Secretariat.
