Buhari Urges Ministers To Submit  Handover Notes On May 28

President Muhammadu Buhari has declined to dissolve the cabinet till the end of the administration,even as he directed his Ministers to submit their handover notes to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, (SGF), on May 28 which is the eve of the second tenure .

The President  disclosed this at the valedictory session held on Wednesday for members of the Federal Executive Council, FEC.

The President had at the valedictory session said, “today is the last time we will meet before the commencement of the second tenure” .

He stressed that the Ministers should continue with their duty till May 28 to the Permanent Secretary of their various ministries.

President Buhari said that the ministers should be proud to be part of a government that liberated local government areas under the control of Boko Haram.

The ministers took turns to give accounts of their experience in the last three and a half years working with President Muhammadu Buhari.

Their narrations were laced with emotions, seriousness and humour at Valedictory session held at the council chambers of the presidential villa, Abuja.
