BREAKING: Court Grants Bail to Adoke, Others

A Federal high court sitting in Abuja on Thursday granted bail to Mohammed Adoke a former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federation

Presiding Judge, Justice A. I. Kutigi of the Federal Capital Territory High Court, Gwagwalada, Abuja, on Thursday, January 30, 2020 granted bail to Adoke in the sum of N50 million and one surety in like sum.

His surety must be a Nigerian citizen and owner of a landed property within the jurisdiction of the court.
