Bayelsa Governor-elect, David Lyon speaks on his victory, unveil plans for opposition

David Lyon, the Bayelsa State Governor-elect, has called on his rivals to work with him in an all-inclusive government when he gets sworn-in.

 

The governor-elect stated this while reacting to news of his victory which was announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

David Lyon also revealed that his election is orchestrated at delivering the people of Bayelsa from all forms of internal colonialism.

He said: “Bayelsa is one family, and no individual or group of persons irrespective of their political affiliations or standards can separate us from our collective destiny,” he said.
