Adeyanju Celebrates Successor Francis Bunu’s Leadership On His 50th Birthday

The immediate past President-General of the Maritime Workers’ Union of Nigeria (MWUN), Comrade Adewale Adeyanju, celebrates the incumbent leader of the group , Comrade Francis Bunu Abi, who is celebrating his 50th birthday today.
Adeyanju in his birthday message on Thursday in Lagos to Bunu said -“The agile and pragmatic PG of MWUN has given me all it takes to lead a big Union like the Maritime Workers’ Union, and I am proud of him without regrets or disappointment of any kind in Comrade Bunu’s leadership, who is my successor, hence, I am gladly celebrating him today without limits or bounds. He’s been a good successor and will continue to be.
“He will continue to lead the Union in the right direction with a purposeful focus, discipline, commitment, and care for his workers and executives as it were. The Ijaw born labour warrior, fierce activist, astute maritime administrator and veteran sailor is no other person but Comrade Bunu, the PG of MWUN.

“Today as you celebrate your day, my heart is with you, because I would have been personally there to rejoice with you, but not to worry as other assignments out of Lagos has made me unavoidably absent; however, today has been ordained a moment of happiness, joyfulness, grace, kindness, love, and Thanksgiving my beloved Bunu. It will continue to be well with you.
“My prayers for you is that may the Almighty God continue to bless, protect, preserve, and provide for you always. He will continually give you wisdom and the mind of discernment in good health enmeshed in longevity as your soul prospers.
“Once again, I say happy birthday to you, my brother and Comrade successor, PG Bunu. May your reign in the Union continue to be a story of success. God bless you and your homefront. Hip, Hip, Hip, Hurray!,” Adeyanju affirmed.
