ECH Foundation Plans August Outreach To Empower Less Privileged In Lagos

A Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), ECH Foundation, has concluded plans to reach out to the less privileged in some parts of Lagos as part of its efforts to give back to society by offering hope and helping to fulfill destinies.

Chairman and founder of ECH Foundation, Chief Ifechukwu Echezona, disclosed in a recent chat in Lagos that the initiative will take place in August.

He said the foundation will reach out to some less privileged individuals to provide basic needs, focusing primarily on health and education.

Ifechukwu, who also serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of GIE Logistics Limited, added that this gesture to assist the needy has been a major blessing to his business entity.

According to him, ECH Foundation has been in existence for over five years, supporting people through the payment of medical bills, small business funding, and school fees.

As part of its efforts to give back to society, Ifechukwu noted, “Education is key, and health is also important. We are focusing on these key areas. Therefore, we are launching this outreach in August to support those in need.”

“Our previous exercise was held at the General Hospital in Ajegunle. I believe my business is thriving because of this foundation and how we have been supporting the less privileged.”

“We are not doing much; all we do is pay hospital bills, school fees, and provide help to those who want to start small businesses.

“Our target audience is those who cannot help themselves. We have been doing this for five years, and we can feel the positive impact on our business.”
