MWUN Commends ANLCA Over Revenue Generation For FG, Describes Nwokoeji As Exemplary Leader

The Maritime Workers’ Union of Nigeria (MWUN) has commended the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) for its commitment to revenue generation for the federal government.

President General MWUN,Comrade Adewale Adeyanju disclosed this on Wednesday when leaders of the foremost licensed customs agents association paid a courtesy visit to the Union in Lagos.

ANLCA President Chief Emenike Nwokeoji and Vice President, Segun Oduntan led some members of the association to MWUN Secretariat .

Adeyanju while appreciating the visit, described ANLCA as a pillar in the maritime industry and to the government in terms of revenue drive.

The President General reiterated that the association has contributed immensely through consolidatory roles to revenue collection on behalf of the Nigeria Customs Service NCS.

Vice President of ANLCA Segun Oduntan, President General MWUN, Comrade Adewale Adeyanju and President of ANLCA,Chief Emenike Nwokoeji during the visit on Wednesday in Lagos.

 

Responding, President of ANLCA, Chief Emenike Nwokeoji appreciated the MWUN for the existing peace and harmony in port operations.

The ANLCA President maintained that the Adeyanju administration was systematic and scientific to port operations and the existing industrial peace adding that experience is the best teacher.

While describing the PG as an administrator par excellence, the ANLCA President reiterated that the maritime sector has never had it so peaceful under the outgoing boss stressing that ANLCA and MWUN will continue to be partner in progress.
