NYC Leadership Engaged Prince Ned Nwoko Foundation On Youth Empowerment

The leadership of the Nigerian Youth Congress had a strategic interaction with the President and Founder of Prince Ned Nwoko Foundation on the 23rd October, 2020 in Abuja.

 

The President of Nigerian Youth Congress, Blessing Akinlosotu led the National Executives to the meeting. Also, in attendance was the Chairman of the Governing Board, Nigerian Youth Congress Dr. Yakubu Shendam.

The President and Founder of Prince Ned Nwoko Foundation, Prince Ned Nwoko, a Nigerian lawyer, politician, humanitarian and philanthropist appreciated the leadership of Nigerian Youth Congress and promised to work very closely with the NYC and support the Nigerian Youths.

Issues discussed were within the circumference of Youth Empowerment, Training and Development, Scholarship for Students, Culture and Tourism Development, Sports and Recreation and Health.

 

Also, strategic partnership and collaboration for the eradication of Malaria in Nigeria and Sanitation of the entire country through Waste to Wealth initiatives of the Foundation were discussed.

 

The leadership of Nigerian Youth Congress use the opportunity to unveil the Official Branded Shirt and Cap of the Nigerian Youth Congress to the great philanthropist.

 

Other delegations are Barr. Okafor Amarachi Lydia, Member, Directorate of Oil and Gas/Petroleum and Ms. Okidu Faith Enemu, Member, Directorate of Gender and Girl Child.
